Vivo Y31D design and Specs reveal with 7200mAh battery, 120Hz display

Vivo appears to be gearing up to expand its Y-series lineup with the upcoming Vivo Y31D. A fresh leak has revealed the phone’s complete specifications ahead of its official debut. The device is expected to launch in January 2026.
According to the leak, the Vivo Y31D will feature a 6.75-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. This will offer smoother scrolling and animations. Also said to deliver up to 1250 nits of peak brightness, which should help with outdoor visibility.
Under the hood, the smartphone is tipped to be powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 2 (6nm) chipset. This focuses on balanced performance and power efficiency. On the software side, the device is expected to run Android 16 out of the box, layered with OriginOS 6.
For photography, the Vivo Y31D is rumored to pack a 50MP primary rear camera alongside a 2MP secondary sensor. The front will feature an 8MP selfie camera for video calls and casual shots.

Battery life looks to be a major highlight, as the phone is said to include a massive 7200mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging. Additional features mentioned include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and an IP69+ rating. These indicate strong dust and water resistance.
With a January 2026 launch timeline expected, more official details about pricing and availability should surface soon. If these leaked specifications hold true, the Vivo Y31D could become an attractive choice in the budget-to-midrange market. It is especially appealing to users looking for strong battery life and a high-refresh-rate display.
