120Hz OLED Panel

The Vivo V70 has replaced the V60’s quad-curved 6.77” display with a flat 6.59” 120Hz 10-bit OLED display (1,260 x 2,750px) offering peak global brightness of 1,800 nits and peak local brightness of 5,000 nits.

In addition, the slightly smaller display size makes the device easier to hold. The phone now measures just 74.3mm in width, compared to 77.0mm on the V60, giving it a slimmer profile.

Moreover, the thickness has been reduced to 7.4mm or 7.6mm, depending on the color option. Previously, the V60 measured 7.5mm or 7.8mm. The weight has also dropped. The new model weighs 187g or 194g, while the V60 came in at 192g or 201g.

One of the standout upgrades is the new ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. It delivers faster unlocking, stronger security, and better accuracy than the previous optical scanner. As a result, users get a more responsive and secure smartphone experience.

Durability: IP69 Protection & Schott Xensation Glass

Despite its slimmer build, the V70 matches—or even exceeds—the V60 in durability. It carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust, water, and high-pressure water jets, has passed 1.8m drop tests, and features Schott Xensation Core glass for enhanced display protection.
