Redmi K90 Runs Geekbench With Snapdragon 8 Elite Instead of Gen 5

Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi has been working on the Redmi K90 for a while. The Redmi K90 showed up in a certification database earlier this month. Now seems to have been tested on Geekbench, as it recently appeared in the platform’s online listings.

According to the Geekbench listings, the Redmi K90 will feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, not the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, as previously rumored. The Gen 5 may be saved for the Pro model, but that is still unconfirmed.

The Geekbench listing shows the K90 prototype with the model number 2510DRK44C. It has 16GB of RAM and runs Android 16. The retail version will come with Xiaomi’s HyperOS 3 on top. It scored 2225 in the single-core test and 7949 in the multi-core test.
The Redmi K90 will also pack a strong battery with 100W wired fast charging support. The charger will be included in the retailer box.
