Realme GT 8 Pro Global launch begins in India on November 20
Realme launched the Realme GT 8 Pro (China) in China in October. Now, after a month, they plan to begin the global rollout of this device. The global arrival is beginning from India on November 20.
Ahead of the launch, the Realme GT 8 Pro got listed on Flipkart and Realme India’s website, revealing some key details.
Realme GT 8 Pro Specifications
The GT 8 Pro features a 144Hz, 2K AMOLED display, with a 7,000nits of peak brightness. It will be powered by the 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, paired with LPDDR5X RAM, UFS 4.1 storage, and a Hyper Vision+ AI chip for high-quality image processing and real-time scene optimization. It runs on Realme UI 7.0 based on Android 16.
This device will arrive in India in two color options: Urban Blue and Diary White. The GT 8 Pro sports a 7,000 sq mm vapor chamber cooling system for ensuring smooth multitasking and an enhanced gaming experience.
The phone features a unique interchangeable rear camera module, allowing users to swap designs for a personalized look.
On the rear panel, it has a triple camera setup co-engineered with Ricoh GR imaging. The camera setup may comprise a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and a 200MP periscope sensor with 3x optical zoom. As the photography modes, users can expect AI-enhanced night photography, 8K video recording, and RAW HDR capture for professional-grade imaging.
The GT 8 Pro features a 7,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. Among other features, it offers IP69 protection, dual stereo speakers, and an in-display fingerprint sensor for security.
In India, it may arrive with a price tag around Rs 65,000 (approximately $730). It will rival other Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5-powered devices like the OnePlus 15 and iQOO 15.
