Tecno Spark Go 3 confirmed to launch in India on 16 January with 120Hz display
Tecno Mobile has officially confirmed that it will launch its new budget smartphone, the Tecno Spark Go 3, in India on January 16. The company positions the device in the ultra-affordable segment. It is expected to price it under ₹8,000, targeting first-time smartphone users and budget-conscious buyers.
The Tecno Spark Go 3 specs a 6.75-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a notch, a rare combination at this price. The phone also carries an IP64 rating, providing basic protection against dust and water splashes.
Tecno powers the device with the Unisoc T7250 (12nm) processor, which scores around 2.5 lakh points on AnTuTu. On the software side, the phone runs Android 15 with HIOS, alongside TECNO’s M.S.C (Memory Smoothness Control) to enhance overall performance.
For photography, the Spark Go 3 4G includes a 13MP primary camera paired with a 0.08MP secondary sensor. Meanwhile, the front houses an 8MP selfie camera. The device packs a 5,000mAh battery and supports 15W charging.
The phone offers IP64 dust and water resistance along with drop protection rated up to 1.2 meters.
Other features include an IR blaster, 3.5mm headphone jack, and ELA AI support. However, reports suggest the phone may offer limited communication features. The supports offline calling up to 1.5 KM and delivers stable connectivity with dual-lane network optimisation in crowded areas.
Tecno will reveal final pricing, variants, and availability details at the official launch event expected on Flipkart at 12 PM, 16 January 2026.
