Official teasers showcase the device in a Space Silver color option. The rear panel features a raised rectangular camera module that houses dual cameras alongside the integrated cooling fan system.

While the smartphone uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset instead of the newer Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, Redmi claims its new flagship can actually deliver better sustained gaming performance thanks to its advanced cooling system. The Redmi K90 Ultra features a built-in active cooling fan that can reduce the device’s temperature by up to 10°C within 100 seconds. The company says this cooling system helps the phone maintain peak performance for much longer than competing flagship devices.
