Oppo Find X9 Ultra First look officially revealed with Specs Ahead of April 21 Launch

Oppo has officially shared the first look of the Find X9 Ultra, and the design immediately stands out. The device features a large circular camera module co-branded with Hasselblad. It sits prominently on a textured back panel that feels both premium and rugged. The flat frame with visible antenna lines gives it a refined flagship look. Meanwhile, the overall aesthetic appears inspired by natural landscapes. Oppo is introducing three distinct finishes: Earth Tundra (Black), Polar Glaciers (White) and Velvet Sand Canyon (Orange). Each adds its own personality to the device.

Dual 200MP Camera Built to Push Limits
The biggest highlight of the Find X9 Ultra is clearly its camera hardware. Oppo is going all-in on mobile photography with a quad-camera setup that combines massive sensors and advanced optics. The phone is said to feature dual 200MP sensors. This includes a large 1/1.12-inch main sensor and a high-resolution 3x periscope telephoto lens. Alongside these, there’s a 50MP ultra-wide camera. There is also a dedicated 50MP 10x periscope telephoto lens, enabling true long-range optical zoom.

With Hasselblad tuning and LUMO imaging processing, the device is expected to deliver improved color accuracy, dynamic range, and professional-grade results. In addition, a 50MP front camera completes the setup for high-resolution selfies and video.
Flagship Display and Next-gen performance
On the front, the Find X9 Ultra is expected to feature a large 6.82-inch 2K LTPO OLED panel supplied by BOE. The display supports a 144Hz refresh rate. This should ensure ultra-smooth scrolling and gaming performance. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. This positions it among the fastest Android smartphones of its time. Paired with ColorOS 16.1, the overall experience is expected to be fluid, responsive, and optimized for both performance and efficiency.

Massive Battery with Ultra-fast charging
Battery life looks to be another strong area for the Find X9 Ultra. Oppo is equipping the phone with a huge 7050mAh battery, which is significantly larger than most flagship devices. Despite the size, the phone supports 100W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging. This allows users to quickly top up and resume using the device without long wait times.

Premium Features
Beyond the core specs, Oppo is adding several flagship-level features that enhance everyday usability. The device includes an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor. It also has IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance, as well as a dedicated capture button designed for photography enthusiasts.
There’s also a new “Snap Key” for quick actions, suggesting Oppo is focusing on both hardware and software convenience. Even with all this, the phone maintains a relatively slim profile at 8.91mm. However, it weighs a solid 243 grams.

Launch date and what to expect
Oppo has confirmed that the Find X9 Ultra will make its global debut on April 21. Alongside it, the Find X9S Pro is also expected to launch in China. With its combination of cutting-edge camera hardware, powerful performance, and premium design, the Find X9 Ultra is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious flagship smartphones of the year.
