Xiaomi plans to bring 5G technology smartphone in 2020
Xiaomi plans to bring about ten new smartphones to market next year with 5G. Some of that was ignited through the announcement of one of the company’s top executives. And the announcement is a bit worrying for rivals.
Xiaomi Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Lei Jun said in an announcement that over the next year, more than ten models of 5G smartphones will be introduced in the market.
Xiaomi brings a pair of 5G technology phones to market this year, technology news media reported. Xiaomi plans to bring 10 more than 5G phones in the market in 2020. And it’s not just limited to high priced phones, but it is. The brands want to offer 5G services over medium and low-cost phones.
Among the phones coming to the market, Xiaomi Redmi K30 will also have 5G service. Xiaomi unveils 5G-enabled smartphone Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro in September this year.
The success has motivated the company to introduce new 5G phones. Lei Jun said that this year the 5G services will reach the users of Xiaomi’s Mi Mix 3 and Mi 9 Pro.
