Xiaomi is preparing to launch the Xiaomi 17T series, including Xiaomi 17T and 17T Pro, for global markets. Unlike the previous generation, the new lineup could arrive earlier than expected, possibly within this month. Ahead of the launch, a new report has revealed key specifications and renders of both devices.
Key Specifications and Features of the Xiaomi 17T series
The Xiaomi 17T is expected to feature a 6.59-inch display with 2756 × 1268 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The Xiaomi 17T Pro may step up with a larger 6.83-inch panel, offering 2772 × 1280 resolution and a smoother 144Hz refresh rate.
In terms of performance, the standard model could run on the Dimensity 8500 Ultra chipset, while the Pro variant may use the more powerful Dimensity 9500vv. Both devices are likely to come with 12GB RAM and storage options of 256GB and 512GB.
For cameras, both models might include a triple setup featuring a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom, and a 12MP ultra-wide camera. On the front, there might be a 32MP selfie camera.
The Xiaomi 17T may pack a 6500mAh battery with 67W charging. While the Pro model could feature a larger 7000mAh battery with 100W wired and up to 50W wireless charging.
In terms of build, the standard variant is expected to use a plastic body. In contrast, the Pro model may come with a metal frame. Color options may include black for both, with additional shades like light blue and pink for the 17T, and dark blue and dark pink for the Pro variant.
Xiaomi 17T and 17T Pro Expected Price
The Xiaomi 17T is rumored to start at around €749 for the 12GB + 256GB model. The Xiaomi 17T Pro could be priced at €999 for the 12GB + 512GB variant.
