Vivo X300s Specs leak: 200MP camera, Big battery, and Optical zoom

Fresh leaks have surfaced online revealing key specifications of the upcoming Vivo X300s. These leaks suggest that Vivo is preparing another feature-packed flagship with a strong focus on imaging, battery life, and premium design.

The Vivo X300s specs are expected to feature a 6.78-inch flat (straight) display with 1.5K resolution. This will offer crisp visuals while maintaining power efficiency. Performance is said to be handled by the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 9500+ chipset. It should deliver flagship-grade CPU, GPU, and AI performance.

The device is said to be powered by a 7000mAh+ battery. This makes it one of the largest batteries in the premium flagship segment. Despite this, Vivo is expected to maintain a refined design.

The device is rumoured to carry a massive 200MP primary camera using a new HPB sensor. In addition, it is expected to feature a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. This is reportedly based on Sony’s LYT-602 sensor. Notably, leaks also suggest that the Vivo X300s could adopt an advanced optical zoom mechanism for its 35mm main camera. This is similar to what is seen on the Xiaomi 17 Ultra. If true, this could enable higher-quality optical zoom and improved image clarity.

For durability and security, the X300S is tipped to come with IP69 dust and water-resistance. It will also have a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor for faster and more reliable unlocking.

While Vivo has yet to confirm these specifications officially, the leaks suggest that the X300s could be a major upgrade.
