Vivo appears to be expanding its upcoming X300 lineup with another new model. A fresh leak has now revealed the key specifications of the rumored Vivo X300E, suggesting it could sit above the recently leaked X300 FE while offering flagship-grade hardware.

Vivo X300E specifications tipped

According to the latest leak, the Vivo X300E could feature a 6.59-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution. Under the hood, the phone is expected to pack Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage.

For photography, Vivo may equip the X300E with a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera. The phone may feature a 50MP front-facing camera, while ZEISS optics are expected to handle the imaging experience.

The leak further suggests the phone will house a massive 7,015mAh battery with support for 90W wired fast charging.

Other expected features include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, a premium metal frame, and a new squircle-shaped camera module. The device may measure just 7.99mm thick and weigh around 203g.

The Vivo X300E will launch in China first. However, Vivo has not confirmed any details yet, and its global availability remains uncertain.
