Vivo X300 Ultra and OPPO Find X9 Ultra leaks reveal 200MP flagship cameras

The next wave of ultra-premium smartphones is shaping up to be all about camera dominance, and two names are already stealing the spotlight: Vivo X300 Ultra and OPPO Find X9 Ultra. Early camera details show that both phones aim to push mobile photography deep into professional territory, even ahead of their expected launches.
Vivo X300 Ultra: A Photography-First Powerhouse
The Vivo X300 Ultra makes a bold statement with a camera system focused on large sensors and classic focal lengths.
At the heart of the setup is a 200MP 35mm main camera with a large 1/1.12-inch sensor. Joining it is a 200MP periscope telephoto camera (1/1.4-inch sensor) offering roughly 3.7x optical zoom at around 85mm, ideal for portraits and compressed shots.
Ultra-wide lenses are handled by a 50MP sensor (1/1.28-inch), ensuring minimal quality drop when switching lenses. Vivo also appears to be adding a multi-spectral sensor (around 5MP). Which could significantly improve color accuracy, skin tones, and white balance, especially in challenging lighting.
If these specs hold true, the X300 Ultra could be one of the most photography-focused smartphones Vivo has ever built.
OPPO Find X9 Ultra: Zoom Versatility Taken Seriously
Not to be outdone, OPPO seems to be going all-in on versatility with the Find X9 Ultra’s camera hardware.
The primary camera is another 200MP unit with a 1/1.12-inch sensor, paired with an approximate 23mm focal length, offering a more traditional wide-angle perspective. The phone might feature two periscope telephoto cameras, which is where things get interesting.
One is a 200MP periscope lens (1/1.28-inch sensor) delivering roughly 3x zoom at around 70mm. While the second is a 50MP super-telephoto periscope capable of 10x optical zoom at about 230mm. This dual-periscope approach could allow OPPO to maintain high image quality across both mid-range and extreme zoom levels.
The setup is completed by a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP Danxia Color Restoration Lens. Which enhances color accuracy and tone mapping, especially for portraits and natural skin tones.
