Vivo is set to expand its premium smartphone lineup in India with the launch of the Vivo X200T at 12 PM on 27 January, 2026. The upcoming device focuses on flagship-grade performance, advanced camera hardware, and long-term software support, making it a strong contender in the upper mid-range to premium segment.
Display and Performance
The vivo X200T features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution (2800 × 1260 pixels), promising sharp visuals and vibrant colours. Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, paired with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, ensuring smooth multitasking and fast data access.
Out of the box, the smartphone runs on Android 16. Vivo has also committed to 5 major Android OS updates along with 7 years of security patches, offering long-term software reliability.
Triple 50MP Rear Camera
On the photography front, the Vivo X200T comes with a triple 50MP rear camera setup developed in collaboration with Zeiss:
- 50MP Sony LYTIA LYT-702 main sensor with OIS and Zeiss Super Photo Sensitive technology
- 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide camera with Zeiss Beyond Vision
- 50MP Sony LYT-600 periscope lens for enhanced zoom

The device supports Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and eSIM functionality. It packs a large 6,200mAh battery, backed by 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging. A 4.5K nanofluid VC heat-dissipation system is included to improve thermal management during heavy use.
Security is handled by a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner. The phone also carries IP68 and IP69 ratings, offering strong resistance against dust and water.

The vivo X200T will be available in Seaside Lilac and Stellar Black color options, with the following variants:
