Vivo will launch the Vivo S2 in India on August 6. The company has already teased the phone’s design, and now a fresh leak reveals its full specifications, expected pricing, and a new pair of TWS earbuds that may debut alongside it.
According to a tipster on X, Vivo could price the 8GB + 128GB variant between INR 40,000 and INR 45,000. The leak also claims the handset will carry a box price of INR 66,999.
Vivo S2 leaked specifications
The Vivo S2 could feature a 6.83-inch curved AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The MediaTek Dimensity 7360 chipset will likely power the device.
On the back, vivo may equip the phone with a 50MP Sony IMX852 primary camera and a 2MP secondary sensor. Meanwhile, a 32MP front camera could handle selfies and video calls. The phone may also pack a 7,050mAh battery with 44W fast charging. In addition, it could offer IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
Besides the S2, vivo may also introduce a new pair of TWS earbuds at the launch event. The earbuds could feature 10mm dynamic drivers, up to 50 hours of total battery life, Bluetooth 6.1, and two color options: Basalt Black and Nilgiri Green.
