The Vivo S2 FE has already appeared in BIS certification listings and on Geekbench. Now, a user on X has shared what appears to be the phone’s full specification sheet, along with two images of the device.
Vivo S2 FE Specifications
According to leaker Ahsan Kharbai, the Vivo S2 FE will feature a 6.83-inch 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED display, a 50MP main camera on the back, a 32MP selfie camera, an IP68/IP69 rating, and an in-display fingerprint scanner. Those are identical to the standard Vivo S2.
The major difference is the battery and processor. The tipster says the Vivo S2 FE has a 10,000mAh battery with 44W wired charging and a MediaTek Dimensity 7300e. In contrast, the Vivo S2 arrived with a 7,050mAh battery, the same 44W charging speed, and a Dimensity 7360 Turbo.
Previous reports claimed that the Vivo S2 FE could be a rebadged version of the Vivo V80 Lite 5G. The V80 Lite 5G launched in Malaysia with a 10,000mAh battery, Dimensity 7300e chipset, and 44W charging. However, the connection between the two phones has not been confirmed yet.
As for the price and launch date, the Vivo S2 FE is tipped to cost under INR 40,000 (around $416). It could reportedly launch alongside the Vivo V80 on October 6. The launch date of the V80 is confirmed by Vivo, but they are still silent about the S2 FE. As we still have around two weeks before launch, we may get more confirmation from the company.
