Tecno has officially confirmed the launch date of the upcoming Tecno Pova 8 5G in India. The smartphone will make its debut on June 11 at 12 PM local time.

Alongside the launch announcement, Tecno has also revealed the design of the device through a new teaser. The phone features a unique rear panel design with a small dot-matrix display integrated into the camera module. It also adopts a transparent-inspired design language that gives it a distinctive look.
The teaser further confirms that the Tecno Pova 8 5G will pack a massive 8,000mAh battery, making it one of the largest batteries ever featured on a Tecno smartphone.
Previous listings and certifications have already revealed some of the key specifications of the device. The smartphone is expected to use the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 chipset paired with 6GB or 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. The device is also expected to run Android 16 out of the box. According to certification details, this device could support 45W wired fast charging.
