Tecno Camon Slim 5G, with an elegant slim design, has arrived in Bangladesh. Tecno also introduced the Camon Air on 29 August, which shares multiple specifications and features with this new smartphone. The Tecno Camon Slim 5G comes with a stylish look, featuring key specifications like a 144Hz AMOLED display, Dimensity 7300e 5G processor, 50MP primary camera, 6000mAh battery, and strong durability features.
Design and Display
The Tecno Camon Slim 5G features an ultra-clear 6.78-inch 144Hz AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and 2160Hz PWM dimming. This display features waterproof case touch and rain touch, making it comfortable to use during drizzle or heavy rain.
It comes with a stylish, ultra-slim 3D-curved design built with a fiberglass back on the back. It measures 162.58 x 77.27 x 6.39 mm in dimensions.
Performance
The Tecno Camon Slim is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300e 5G processor paired with 8 GB of RAM and 128GB/256 GB internal storage. There would be 16GB of extended RAM for users.
For the operating system, the Camon Slim 5G comes with Android 16 based on HIOS 16. Tecno promises 5-year 3-generation android OS updates. This device also achieved TUV’s 60 month fluency A+ rating, proving it more durable for heavy use.
The OS comes with multiple interactive Tecno AI features, including AI Pet Together, AI Snap Poster, and AI Art Gallery. The HIOS 16 offers dynamic wallpaper features and several features like Mini Mode, T-Guard for privacy passwords, Touch Transfer with iPhone, App Flash Launch 2.0, and Sensory Scheduling 3.0.

Tecno Camon Slim 5G features a dual camera setup with Sony’s 50MP LYTIA 700C Ultra Night(1/1.56″) primary rear camera sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and an 8MP AF Ultra-Wide camera. On the front, it sports a 32MP camera for selfies and video calls.
For photography features, it offers super-zoom flash-snap, flash-snap 2.0, super night mode, multi focal length portraits, underwater photography and live photo captures.
Battery, Durability, and other features
The Camon Slim 5G sports a 6000 mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. For endurance, this device comes with IP69K/IP69/IP68/IP66 dust-tight and water-resistant (high-pressure water jets; submersible up to 2m for 30 min) and is MIL-STD-810H compliant for high-drop testing.
Other features include an under-display fingerprint (optical), accelerometer, gyro, geomagnetic, compass, WLAN, Bluetooth, NFC, Dual Speakers, Dolby Atmos, and USB Type-C 2.0.
