Samsung authority decided about this update a couple of weeks ago. But due to battery drain concerns, they delayed that. But, at last, it is confirmed for the Galaxy S 10 series. You can get a taste of Samsung’s latest custom Android skin by participating in the beta program from the Samsung Members app.

If you want to go on the Beta program, ensure your device backup. Because this Beta update is not stable till now so it can harm your device with some bug fixes.
