Samsung Galaxy S26 FE certification confirms 45W fast charging ahead of launch

Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy S26 FE in September. Ahead of its debut, the upcoming Fan Edition smartphone has appeared on the UL Demko certification platform, confirming one of its key specifications.

According to the UL Demko listing, the Galaxy S26 FE supports 45W wired fast charging. The certification reveals 15V/3A and 10V/4.5A charging profiles, confirming the phone’s maximum charging speed.

The Galaxy S26 FE matches the Galaxy S25 FE and Galaxy S26+ with 45W charging. However, it falls behind the Galaxy S26 Ultra, which supports 60W charging, while still offering faster charging than the standard Galaxy S26, which supports 25W charging.

The certification also lists multiple model numbers, including SM-S741W, SM-S741U1, SM-S741U, SM-S741B/DS, SM-S741B, and SM-S741N.

Previous leaks hint at Exynos 2500 chipset

Earlier Geekbench listings for the SM-S741U and SM-S741B variants revealed a few additional details. The Galaxy S26 FE might run on Samsung’s Exynos 2500 chipset, ship with Android 17, and feature 8GB of RAM.

Samsung has yet to announce the official launch date. However, the company introduced the Galaxy S25 FE in September last year, so the Galaxy S26 FE will likely debut around the same time this year. More leaks are expected to reveal additional specifications ahead of the official launch.
