Samsung Galaxy S24 series may launch with a Titanium body

Samsung Galaxy S24 series may launch with a Titanium body. As 2024 approaches, internet speculations and leaks about the Samsung Galaxy S24 family of premium smartphones have circulated. The most recent rumours suggest that the Galaxy S24 series may employ a new premium metal chassis to imitate Apple.

The South Korean electronics giant intends to use titanium for the body of the Galaxy S24 series, claims reputable tipster Revengus on X (previously Twitter). In other words, titanium frames may be available for the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra models.

To put things in perspective, Apple launched the iPhone 15 series, with the higher-end Pro versions also including a titanium frame. The insider noted that the company’s South Korean facility might supply the brand with titanium frames for the basic model.

However, the titanium for the Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 Ultra variants may come from one of Samsung’s partner firms. The forthcoming premium phones should be slightly lighter than earlier models because they will be made of titanium. Since steel is substantially heavier than titanium, Apple switched to reduce the weight of the iPhones.
