Tomorrow, Redmi will launch the Redmi Turbo 3 smartphone and the Redmi Pad Pro tablet in China. The brand has confirmed hardware details for these devices and revealed two interesting software features.

Redmi phones now have air gestures, a new feature that lets users control their devices without touching the screen. This innovation makes smartphone use easier from afar, perfect for vlogging or taking group photos/videos.
Onboard, another intriguing feature is the AI Magic Elimination Pro. It’s a photo editing tool powered by AI that automatically deletes unwanted parts from images. It functions similarly to the Magic Eraser on Google Pixel smartphones. Plus, it utilizes the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip, making edits quicker and more precise.
Redmi Turbo 3 specifications
The Turbo 3 features a 6.67-inch OLED display. Its resolution is 1.5K, and it has a refresh rate of 120Hz. It pairs with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. You can get it with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. It runs on a 5,000mAh battery, which supports 90W fast charging.
In photography, it might include three cameras on the rear: a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro lens.
