Redmi has officially confirmed that it will showcase its annual flagship product at ChinaJoy 2026 on July 31. Although the company hasn’t named the device yet, several reports suggest the highly anticipated Redmi K100 series will make its first public appearance at the event.
Redmi shared a teaser announcing its “annual heavyweight product” will debut at Qualcomm’s Snapdragon booth during ChinaJoy 2026 in Shanghai. The teaser also features the phrase “Demon King arrives,” a nickname that Redmi has long associated with the K series.
Meanwhile, a recent certification revealed a Xiaomi smartphone with model number M511CD and 100W fast charging support. Reports suggest this device belongs to the Redmi K100 lineup. Redmi may also announce the series’ official launch timeline during the event.
Redmi K100 series expected specifications: flagship features, premium design, and massive battery
According to previous leaks, Redmi will introduce three models in the lineup: the Redmi K100, Redmi K100 Pro, and Redmi K100 Pro Max. However, the company may launch the Pro and Pro Max models first, while the standard K100 could arrive later this year.
The Redmi K100 series is expected to run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. Some reports also hint that the Pro models could feature a dual-chip architecture for enhanced performance.
Moreover, the phones could feature an 185Hz LTPO flat display, a 200MP primary camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto camera, telephoto macro support, a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, IP68/IP69 ratings, and symmetrical stereo speakers. The K100 Pro Max may also retain its exclusive 2.1-channel triple-speaker system.
Battery capacity remains one of the biggest highlights of the upcoming lineup. Previous leaks pointed to batteries exceeding 8,000mAh, while newer reports claim Redmi is also testing a massive 10,000mAh battery for the series. The devices may also support 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
In terms of design, Redmi could introduce a premium metal frame, a color-matched glass back, and a large horizontal camera module inspired by recent flagship smartphones.
Previous reports also suggest that Poco may eventually rebrand these devices as the Poco F9 Pro and Poco F9 Ultra for global markets.
