Redmi K100 Pro key specs, design, and pricing revealed ahead of launch
Redmi has revealed more details about the upcoming Redmi K100 Pro ahead of its August 11 launch in China. The company has now confirmed color options and some of the key details of this upcoming flagship device. Pre-orders for the Redmi K100 Pro are already live in China.
Redmi K100 Pro Specifications: Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 V chipset and 185Hz display
Redmi has confirmed that the K100 Pro will run on Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 V chipset (SM8850-1-AB). According to the company, the smartphone has achieved an impressive AnTuTu score of 4.09 million points.
To enhance gaming performance, Redmi has equipped the K100 Pro with a dedicated graphics chip alongside a 3D circulating cold-pump cooling system for improved heat dissipation during heavy workloads.
The smartphone also features a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 185Hz refresh rate, making it one of the highest-refresh-rate panels in the flagship segment.
Redmi K100 Pro colors and pricing
Redmi will offer the K100 Pro in a new Firefly Light Chaser edition that features a glow-in-the-dark finish. The smartphone will also be available in a White color option.
The company has also confirmed that the Redmi K100 Pro will carry a price tag of around CNY 4,000 in China.
Redmi will officially unveil the Redmi K100 Pro and Redmi K100 Pro Max on August 11. The company has already opened pre-orders for both smartphones ahead of the launch.
