Redmi 12 series cross 1 million Sells in India in previous month. On August 1, Xiaomi released the Redmi 12 4G and Redmi 12 5G in India. On August 4, the firm sold 300,000 of these devices, surpassing a sales milestone of INR 3 billion ($36 million/€33 million).

Since their first sale in the Asian nation, the Chinese phone manufacturer has reported selling over 1 million Redmi 12 series smartphones in India. Xiaomi did not specify how many of these 1 million handsets were 4G and 5G variants, though.

The Redmi 12 4G and Redmi 12 5G both had base prices of INR9,999 ($120/€110) and INR11,999 ($145/€135), respectively, at the time of their launches in India.
