Realme is preparing to expand its P series smartphone lineup in India with another affordable device. After recently introducing the Realme P4 Lite 4G, the company now appears to be working on a 5G version of the device. Early teasers for the Realme P4 Lite 5G have started surfacing online, hinting that the brand could soon launch a new budget phone with next-generation connectivity.
The P series mainly targets users looking for affordable smartphones with balanced features. Realme already offers the Realme P3 Lite 5G in this segment, so the upcoming P4 Lite 5G is expected to arrive as its successor with a few upgrades while still keeping the pricing competitive.
Realme P3 Lite 5G Specifications
Before the P4 Lite lineup, Realme introduced the Realme P3 Lite 5G in India. The smartphone launched with a starting price of around ₹10,499, giving budget users an affordable entry into the 5G segment.
The device features a 6.67-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, delivering smoother scrolling and gaming performance. The phone runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor paired with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. It runs Android 15 with Realme UI on top.
For photography, it includes a 32MP primary camera and an 8MP front camera for selfies. In addition, the device packs a large 6000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.
Realme P4 Lite 5G expected price
The Realme P4 Lite 4G launched in India with a starting price of ₹9,999, making it one of the more affordable smartphones in the company’s lineup. Following Realme’s previous strategy, the upcoming Realme P4 Lite 5G could arrive with a price under ₹15,000.
Although official specifications are still under wraps, the Realme P4 Lite 5G will likely introduce a newer processor and 5G connectivity while maintaining a similar design as its predecessors. More details about the device are expected to emerge as the launch announcement gets closer.
