Realme C55 arrives with new Rainforest color
Realme, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer, celebrated its 5th anniversary. As part of this celebration, the company launched a new variant of the Realme C55 smartphone in a striking new color, which it dubbed the Rainforest color.
Realme said that the design of the C55’s Rainforest version has been inspired by the natural phenomenon of the Sunshower, which creates vertical microscope lines resembling rain droplets. They also said that the vibrant colors of the back cover depict a picturesque scene of a summer rainforest, aligning with the ‘Let’s Go Wild’ theme, perfect for the summer season to unwind and appreciate nature. The specifications will remain the same as the other color variants of this smartphone.
The Realme C55 is one of the company’s budget offerings, but it comes with some impressive specifications. It features a 6.72″ 90Hz FullHD+ LCD. Under the hood, the device is powered by a MediaTek Helio Helio G88 SoC. Which is available in 3 storage variants 4GB/64GB, 6GB/64GB, and 8GB/128 GB. It will sport a 64MP main camera o the back. The C55 also features a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging.
This Realme C55 Rainforest will be on sale from 8 May through Realme’s official Indian website, Flipkart, and mainline channels. The price will be 4GB/64GB, 6GB/64GB, and 8GB/128GB, priced at INR10,999 ($135/€120), INR11,999 ($145/€130), and INR13,999 ($170/€155), respectively.
