Poor Battery backup.
The day after buying the mobile, I noticed that after using the phone for 1 hour, 20% of the charge was exhausted. After that, I went to their shop at Shibbari intersection in Khulna and told them that they gave me a random explanation. I will never buy vivo mobile again.
