আমি ৩ মাস আগে কিনেছি। কনফিগারেশন ছিল ৬ জিবি RAM ও ১২৮ জিবি ROM—দেখতে চমৎকার হলেও ব্যবহারিক দিক থেকে এটি আমার জন্য চরম হতাশার নাম।
১. Touch Response খুবই খারাপ – মাঝেমাঝে টাচ কাজ করে না, স্ক্রল বা টাইপ করার সময় হ্যাং হয়ে থাকে।
২. ফ্রিজ হয়ে যায় – হঠাৎ করেই ফোনটি স্থির হয়ে যায়, কিছুতেই কাজ করে না।
৩. আগের পেজ হঠাৎ গায়েব – অ্যাপ ব্যাক করলে অনেক সময় আগের স্ক্রিন দেখা যায় না, আবার অ্যাপ রিফ্রেশ হয়ে যায়।
৪. রিস্টার্টে সময় নেয় অস্বাভাবিকভাবে – ফোন রিস্টার্ট করতে গেলে অনেক সময় নেয়, মাঝে মাঝে একাধিকবার চেষ্টা করতে হয়।
৫. ফাংশনালিটির সমস্যা – এক কথায় ফোনের বেসিক ফিচারগুলোও ঠিকভাবে কাজ করে না, যেটা এই স্পেসিফিকেশনের ডিভাইস থেকে একদমই প্রত্যাশিত না। "রিয়েলমির কাছ থেকে আমি কখনোই এমন বাজে অভিজ্ঞতার আশা করিনি।"
