Poco X8 series arrived a few days ago with the X8 Pro and X8 Pro Max. We have also heard rumors about a standard Poco X8 model. However, today a new leak has revealed another model in this series: the X8 Power. A reliable tipster has unveiled some key details about this new variant.
Poco X8 Power specifications reportedly leaked
A reliable X leaker @saaaanjjjuuu revealed the full spec sheet of the Poco X8 Power. According to the leaker, the X8 Power would feature a 6.83-inch 120Hz AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution. It may get Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. The phone is also expected to carry an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. It could measure 8.68mm in thickness.
Under the hood, the Poco X8 Power is tipped to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 chipset. The chip will reportedly be paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. Poco is also expected to offer four years of OS updates and six years of security updates with the phone.
For photography, the X8 Power could feature a 50MP primary rear camera paired with an 8MP ultra-wide camera. It may have a 32MP selfie camera on the front.
The biggest highlight, however, could be the battery. The Poco X8 Power is rumored to pack a huge 10,000mAh cell.
The Poco X8 Power does not have an official launch date yet. If the leak is accurate, the phone could share most of its hardware with the Redmi Note 17 Pro Max, which is expected to launch soon.
