Poco X8 and X8 Power are launching in India with massive batteries on September 4
Poco X8 and X8 Power are on a surge of leaks from a couple of days ago. Last week, we got the complete specifications and design of this duo from a reliable tipster, @saaaanjjjuuu. Now, Poco has officially confirmed the Poco X8 series launch date in India.
I POCO India’s official X handle, they confirmed that the Poco X8 and X8 Power are going to launch in India on September 4.
The Poco X8 Power will feature a massive 10,000mAh battery with a faux-leather back. While the Poco X8 is confirmed to feature a slight smaller 9,000mAh battery.
Other specs is still unknown, but recent leaks are hinting that the X8 power is going to be a rebranded Redmi Note 17 Pro Max, and the standard X8 will follow the Redmi Note 17 Pro variant. Yet, both models will likely show small changes from the Redmi originals.
According to previous rumors, the X8 Power may come with a 6.83-inch display and a Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 chipset. In contrast, the X8 may sport a 6.83-inch display and the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chipset. Though both processors are built on a 4nm process, the X8 Power processor would come with a powerful CPU and GPU.
