Oneplus 11 and Oneplus 12 gets Color OS update with AI features
The Samsung Galaxy S24 series got attention for its smart features. At the same time, OnePlus added its own AI features to the OnePlus 12 and 11 in China. The update is now available for these models. The OnePlus 11 has the PHB110_14.0.0.403(CN01) version, and the OnePlus 12 has PJD110_14.0.0.405(CN01).
The OnePlus 12 got a new update. It’s not as big as Samsung’s update but adds three cool AI features. First, there’s an AI Summarizer. It makes summaries of phone calls. It tells you important things like when and where the call happened. Then, there’s the AIGC Remover. It’s like an editor for pictures. You can remove people or things you don’t want in your photos, just like on Samsung and Google Pixel phones. Lastly, there’s an Article Summarizer. It quickly gives you a summary of articles with just one tap.
Apart from AI stuff, the update lets you unlock the phone with the fingerprint scanner without waking the screen. You can control QQ Music on an Always-On Display. Also, you can choose to show the screen recording indicator in the status bar or a floating window.
The update makes Bluetooth, NFC, and WLAN networks more stable. It also makes the phone work better in places like subways. You can see all the changes in the update in the picture below. That’s the new OnePlus 12 update with AI features.
Right now, these AI features are only on the Chinese ColorOS. But, since ColorOS is like the global OxygenOS, there’s a chance they might come to the worldwide OnePlus 12 and 11 in the future.
