Motorola Moto G82 was released recently with excellent features

Motorola Moto G82 was released recently with excellent features. The Moto G82 launched earlier this year with a 6.6″ OLED display and a 50MP camera with OIS among its highlights. This phone is a primary international product for the manufacturer in the midrange category, and we now have one in our hands to see whether or not it merits inclusion on your buying list.

The Moto G82 takes many inspirations from the Moto G52 and Moto G62 in terms of design. All three of these smartphones have identical cameras. However, only the Moto G82 has optical image stabilization. The Snapdragon 695 platform inside allows for 5G connectivity.

Our machine has 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, while other regions also receive an 8GB RAM variant. The White Lily color on our device includes a dotted pattern around the Moto logo, which is a nice feature. We received a transparent plastic protective cover in the package that allows you to see it while offering protection.

The OLED screen claims a refresh rate of 120Hz and coverage of the whole DCI-P3 color space. Motorola, however, opted to place the fingerprint scanner at the side of the phone, in the power key, rather than in the display. The Moto G82’s 3.5mm headphone port and microSD card slot give it an advantage over rivals in this area.

For comparison, the Moto G82 (6/128 GB) can be purchased in Europe for roughly €330, and the 8 GB model in India for INR23,999. After we are done with the testing, we will determine whether it’s a deal at any of those price points. Stay tuned!
