Motorola has officially launched the new Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ in India. The smartphone arrives with a 144Hz AMOLED display, Dimensity 8500 Extreme chipset, triple 50MP cameras, and a large silicon-carbon battery.

The Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ features a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The panel comes with Gorilla Glass 7i protection and offers up to 5,200 nits peak brightness.
Motorola offers the device in Pantone Chicory Coffee, Pantone Zinfandel, and Pantone Stormy Sea color options. The phone also comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
Under the hood, the smartphone runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Extreme chipset paired with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB UFS 4.1 storage. The device ships with Hello UI based on Android 16 and includes Moto AI 2.0 features. Motorola has also promised three major Android updates and five years of security updates.
For photography, the Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ features a 50MP Sony LYTIA-710 primary camera with OIS support. The setup also includes a 50MP telephoto camera offering 3.5x optical zoom and a 50MP ultra-wide lens. On the front, the phone gets a 50MP selfie camera housed inside a centered punch-hole cutout.
The smartphone packs a 6,500mAh silicon-carbon battery with support for 90W wired fast charging and 15W wireless charging.

The Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ is priced at INR 47,999 for the 12GB + 256GB variant in India. The device is available through Motorola’s official store and partner retailers, while open sales will begin on June 11.
