Motorola has quietly expanded its Edge 70 smartphone lineup with a new model. After unveiling the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion earlier this month and launching the Motorola Edge 70 in October 2025, the company has now introduced the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+. The device has appeared on Motorola’s official website in Brazil, suggesting that the launch has started there, although the brand has not yet shared details about availability in other regions.
Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ Specifications
Display and Durability
The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ features a quad-curved 144Hz display, which Motorola claims is the first in its category. It also carries Pantone Validated color certification for more accurate colors. In bright conditions, the screen can reach up to 5200 nits of peak brightness.
For protection, Motorola uses Corning Gorilla Glass 7i on the front. The device also focuses on durability with military-grade certification. Additionally, it offers IP68 and IP69 ratings to protect the phone from dust and water exposure.
Performance
Motorola powers the device with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. This technology uses extra storage as virtual RAM when needed. As a result, apps can stay active longer in the background.
Camera
Cameras are one of the biggest highlights of this device. The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ includes multiple high-resolution sensors in its setup. The main camera uses the Sony LYTIA 710 sensor and offers a 50MP resolution for detailed photos. A second 50MP ultra-wide camera captures wider scenes such as landscapes or group shots. The device also includes a 10MP telephoto camera that helps capture distant subjects with better clarity during zoom photography.
On the front, Motorola offers a 50MP sensor for selfies and video calls.
Battery
The smartphone packs a large 5200mAh battery that supports 68W TurboPower fast charging. According to Motorola, charging the device for just 10 minutes can provide enough power for a full day of typical use.
Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ Price and Availability
In Brazil, the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ is priced at BRL 2,969, which is roughly $570. The phone is available in a single configuration with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. Buyers can choose between Pantone Blue Surf and Orient Blue color options.
For now, the smartphone seems to be exclusive to the Brazilian market. However, Motorola often rolls out its Edge series to multiple countries after the initial release, so the device could later reach other South American markets as well. It is also common for the Edge 70 Fusion lineup to vary depending on the region. For example, models sold in India sometimes feature different chipsets, cameras, or battery capacities compared to versions released in other markets. Because of this, the specifications of the Fusion+ model could change if Motorola decides to launch it globally.
