Moto G100 launched with top-end specs and a massive battery

Motorola has launched the Motorola Moto G100 in China silently today. We saw the introduction of the Moto G100 Pro last July. The Pro variant was launched as a rebranded Moto G86 Power featuring a massive battery and budget-friendly performance specs. Now, let’s see the Moto G100 specifications, features, and price.

Moto G100 (China) Specifications

The Moto G100 features a 6.72-inch Full HD+ 120Hz LCD with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and 1050nits of peak brightness. It features DC dimming technology to enhance eye comfort, offering what the company calls a “visual fatigue reduction” display. It measures 166.23 x 76.5 x 8.6mm and weighs 210g. The rear panel is made of air nano leather, offering a premium feel in the hand.

The Motorola Moto G100 sports a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, paired with 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. However, there’s no support for microSD expansion. It runs on Android 15 with Motorola’s near-stock interface for a smooth experience.

On the rear panel, the Moto G100 sports a dual camera setup- a 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide macro lens. On the front, it has a 32MP selfie camera.

The phone comes with a massive 7,000mAh battery and 30W fast charging support. Other notable features are dual stereo speakers, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, NFC support, graphite cooling, and an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance.
