Leak unveils display specifications for Oppo Find X7 and X7 Ultra, may not offer a pro model
The OPPO Find X7 series is set to debut in February 2024, succeeding the Find X6. Initially, three models were anticipated: Find X7, X7 Pro, and a new Find X7 Ultra, a fresh addition to the series. However, according to tipster DigitalChatStation, there are lineup adjustments, and this time, there won’t be a Pro version, marking an intriguing change.

The latest leak discloses that Oppo’s Find X7 flagship series will feature BOE 8T displays. Digital Chat Station shared display specs and battery capacity details, surprising everyone with the absence of the Find X7 Pro. The leak reveals three models: Find X7, Find X7 Ultra, and Find X7 Ultra Satellite Communications Version. Despite the post being removed from Weibo, some users were quick to capture screenshots.
The Find X7 features a 6.78” LTPO OLED display, boasting 2780 x 1264 pixels. Meanwhile, the Ultra model steps up with a slightly larger 6.82” screen and a higher resolution of 3168 x 1440 pixels. This cutting-edge display technology is shared with the vivo X100 Pro and OnePlus 12, ensuring ultra-high brightness.
Today, leaked online are the camera specs for the new phones. The OPPO Find X7 might include a 50MP Sony LYT808 sensor, a 50MP ultrawide sensor, and a 64MP OmniVision OV64B sensor with 3x optical zoom.
Expect the Find X7 Ultra to feature a 50MP Sony LYT900 sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 50MP Sony IMX890 telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP periscope telephoto with 6x optical zoom. Additionally, there could be a 32MP front camera for selfies and video chats.
The pair (or trio, depending on how you tally) will feature a 5,000 mAh battery with 100W charging. Additionally, the Ultra will include 50W wireless charging, a detail confirmed through a 3C certification.
It is unexpected to skip the Pro label, yet the specifications for both the Pro and Ultra models seem identical. Oppo might be aiming to ride the Ultra trend initiated by Samsung and Xiaomi. It’s also plausible that some names might be getting muddled in machine translation.
