itel P55+ launched with Unisoc T606 chip, and 45W fast charging

The itel P55+ features a 6.6-inch IPS LCD punch-hole display that offers an HD+ (720 x 1612 pixels) resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The itel P55+ is powered by the Unisoc T606 chipset and paired up with 4 GB / 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB / 256 GB storage. It also features up to 8GB of virtual RAM. It runs Android 13 OS and Itel’s custom UI, which brings support for Dynamic bar, a notification feature that works similarly to Apple’s Dynamic Island.

On the back, it features dual cameras – a 50MP main sensor, an AI lens, and an LED flash. On the front, there is an 8MP selfie camera. A 5,000mAh battery with support for 45W charging boasts it. The company claims that it takes around 30 minutes for the phone to achieve up to 65 percent charge and 75 minutes for 100 percent.

The other features are dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, a microSD card slot, a USB-C port, a 3.4mm audio jack, and face unlock.

This device will come in three colors- Galaxy Blue, Royal Green, and Meteor Purple. This device will cost ~$140. It is only available now in Africa. But other regions will get it soon.
