itel is preparing to launch a new smartphone in Bangladesh, the itel City 200. The brand has officially teased the device, confirming its arrival while keeping the price and exact RAM & ROM variants undisclosed for now. With a slim metallic body, high-refresh-rate display, and Android 15, the City 200 is shaping up to be an attractive option in the budget segment.

According to Itel Bangladesh, the focus this time is on premium looks and modern features. The company is also engaging users by asking, “Premium beauty, but at what price?” sparking discussion ahead of the official announcement.

Premium Design with IP65

The itel City 200 stands out with its 7.45mm unibody metallic design, giving the phone a slim, stylish appearance. In addition to its durability, the device features an IP65 water-resistance rating, which is uncommon in this price-focused category. The smartphone will be available in four trendy colour options: Bass Black, Echo Silver, Vibe Purple, and Melody Pink.

120Hz Punch-Hole Display

On the front, the itel City 200 features a 6.78-inch punch-hole display with a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smoother scrolling and better visual fluidity. The screen resolution is 720 × 1576. This helps balance performance and battery efficiency. As a result, it is suitable for everyday use, video streaming, and social media.

Performance & Android 15

Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core Unisoc T7250 processor and runs Android 15 out of the box. itel is expected to offer multiple memory configurations with virtual RAM expansion. These include 128GB storage paired with up to 12GB of RAM via RAM fusion. In addition, a higher-capacity 256GB storage variant is available to deliver smooth multitasking and reliable daily performance.

50MP AI Camera

For photography, the itel City 200 is equipped with a 50MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. In addition to hardware, the phone includes smart enhancements such as itel AI, Dynamic Bar, and DTS audio. These improve both usability and the multimedia experience. Additional features such as Infrared Remote, UltraLink Free Call, GPS, and OTG further enhance its appeal.

Battery and Fast Charging

Battery life is another highlight, as the itel City 200 packs a 5200mAh battery supported by 18W fast charging. This combination should comfortably last a full day or more on regular usage. Therefore, it is suitable for users who prioritize endurance.

Availability, Bangladesh Launch

The itel City 200 is already available globally, and its launch in Bangladesh is expected very soon. While the official price has not yet been announced, the specifications suggest it will be competitively priced in the budget-to-midrange segment.
