iQOO Neo 8 Series leaked Specifications, Design, and Price. Users have loved the iQOO Neo series since 2019. Performance, battery life, and cameras have been complimented for the series’ phones. On May 23 in China, iQOO will debut its newest premium mid-rangers, the Neo 8 series. A worldwide rollout should follow in two months. This piece covers the iQOO Neo 8 and Neo 8 Pro. Start now. iQOO has always released one Neo smartphone, but this time will be different. The business will also release a Pro variant with stronger specs this year.

Cosmetically, they may be similar. iQOO 6 and 7 have curved back panels and frames. Both gadgets have rectangular camera modules with “Neo” inscribed underneath a glossy surface. These polycarbonate-backed phones looked and felt luxurious. Neo 8 lineup design has been altered.

Official photos show that both iQOO Neo 8 and Neo 8 Pro will sport a rectangular camera module that does not cover their complete width. Both gadgets should feature triple cameras. Leaked photos show the Pro model with “OIS” on the rear, indicating optical image stabilization. The front panel should feature small bezels and a selfie camera punch-hole.

Both phones have flat screens. The vanilla model will include a 6.78-inch 120Hz AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and 2160Hz PWM dimming. The Pro model may feature the same display with a 144Hz refresh rate. We don’t know whether phones will support it. Vivo’s V1+ image chip powers the display, featuring a 32MB on-chip high-speed cache and three algorithms.

QOO Neo 8 Series Specifications

Even as mid-rangers, iQOO Neo smartphones have always been performance-oriented. The Neo 7 continued the best-in-class performance of the 2022 iQOO Neo 6. The Neo 8 Pro variant will likely use the Dimensity 9200 Plus processor, 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM, and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 should power the iQOO Neo 8.

Cameras are also upgraded. iQOO announced the Neo 8 Pro’s 50MP main camera with OIS. The Vivo X90 Pro+ (review) uses the Sony IMX866VCS sensor in its camera. The Pro phone’s secondary cameras have not yet been shown.

The iQOO Neo 8 may include a 50MP main camera without OIS and a different sensor. Both versions will feature 5,000mAh batteries with 120W rapid charging. They will have an under-display fingerprint sensor and Android 13 pre-installed. Chinese devices will get OriginOS 3.0, while worldwide market units will get FuntouchOS.

QOO Neo 8 Series Price, Availability

iQOO Neo 8 and Neo 8 Pro may have more expensive features. The vanilla model will likely cost $350-$400. The iQOO Neo 7 has 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage. The 8GB RAM model costs $361, while the 12GB model costs $403. Both variations come in Interstellar Black, Frost Blue, and Dawn White.
