iQOO Neo 12 Ultra official teaser confirms, 2K 185Hz display, 9,000mAh battery, and active cooling fan

iQOO’s next performance-focused smartphone, iQOO Neo 12, is in the smartphone leak arena. Looking at the early specs, the Neo 12 is going to provide flagship-level performance. The latest teaser hints at upgrades to the performance-oriented specs like the display, cooling system, and battery.

According to iQOO’s official Weibo teaser, the iQOO Neo 12 will feature an 185Hz display with 2K resolution. The panel is built on Visionox’s fourth-generation pTSF light-emitting technology will ensure improved efficiency and visual performance.

Under the hood, the iQOO Neo 12 will offer a flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor paired with iQOO’s proprietary Q3 gaming chip. It was recently spotted on Geekbench with 16GB of RAM and Android 17, which will surely come with the OriginOS 7 skin on top.

To improve the performance further, iQOO will introduce a built-in Ice Dome active cooling fan with a redesigned airflow channel. The teaser images reveal a circular ventilation grille on the rear, adding to the phone’s distinctive design.

Another highlight is its 9,000mAh battery, which is listed in the promotional material. The official charging details are still under wraps, though the 3C listing revealed 100W fast charging support.

The iQOO Neo 12 is confirmed to launch next month in China; the exact launch date is unconfirmed. There is no further info about the camera, memory configurations, and global availability.
