The leak suggests that the iQOO Neo 12 is currently in process with a 6.83-inch flat 165Hz display featuring 2K resolution. iQOO is also reportedly evaluating a higher-refresh-rate 185Hz version for the final device.

Under the hood, the smartphone may feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. The company may pair it with a dedicated display chip to improve gaming performance and graphics rendering.

Battery capacity could be one of the biggest highlights. According to the leak, the engineering prototype packs a battery starting with the digit “9”, suggesting a capacity of over 9,000mAh. Vivo iQOO is also said to be testing an even larger battery with 100W fast charging support.
