iQOO Neo 11 Ultra specs leak with a 9,100mAh battery and 2K display

The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra is set to launch in China next week alongside the iQOO Z11s. Ahead of the official debut, the upcoming smartphone has appeared in China Telecom’s product library. The listing reveals its design, display, chipset, battery, camera setup, memory options, and colors.

According to the listing, the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra measures 163.42 x 75.88 x 8.6mm and weighs 225g. The phone will reportedly use a metal middle frame with either a glass or fiberglass rear panel, depending on the variant. Up front, it will feature a 6.83-inch flat 2K Visionox F2 OLED display.

Under the hood, the Neo 11 Ultra will reportedly use MediaTek’s MT6993M chipset. A recent Geekbench listing suggests this could be a modified version of the Dimensity 9500 with one fewer GPU core. The phone will also pack a massive 9,100mAh battery with support for 100W wired charging. It will not support wireless charging.

For photography, the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra will reportedly feature a dual-camera setup on the back. It will include a 50MP primary camera with OIS and an 8MP secondary camera. A 16MP front camera will handle selfies and video calls.

The phone is also expected to feature an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner and an X-axis linear motor. Its body will reportedly carry IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.

China Telecom has listed the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra with 8GB/256GB, 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/256GB, and 16GB/512GB memory configurations. The phone will reportedly come in Light White, Shadow Black, and Wind Chaser color options. However, the listing does not reveal its pricing.

The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra will officially launch in China on August 18 alongside the iQOO Z11s. iQOO has yet to reveal whether the phone will launch in other markets.
