iQOO Neo 11 Ultra key specifications leaked on Weibo after the China Telecom listing, launch is getting closer

The iQOO Neo11 Ultra is expected to launch soon, and a new leak has revealed almost all of its key specifications. According to Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station, the upcoming gaming-focused smartphone will feature the Dimensity 9500M chipset, a large battery, and a high-refresh-rate display.

The iQOO Neo11 Ultra will reportedly feature a flat 6.83-inch display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The panel will use LTPS technology instead of LTPO and will offer up to 1,000 nits of full-screen brightness.

The display will also use Visionox F2 luminescent material. iQOO’s self-developed Q2 gaming chip will work alongside the Dimensity 9500M to improve gaming performance.

The Neo11 Ultra will pack a massive 9,100mAh battery. This is slightly smaller than the previously rumored 10,000mAh cell but still makes it one of the largest batteries in its segment. The phone will support 100W wired fast charging.

For photography, the Neo11 Ultra will feature a 50MP primary rear camera and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. The camera setup appears to take a back seat to the phone’s gaming-focused hardware.

The phone may feature a metal frame along with IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. It will measure 8.6mm in thickness and weigh around 225 grams, making it a fairly hefty device.
