Ahead of the official announcement, the device has now surfaced through a China Telecom listing, revealing its key specifications, storage variants, and possible launch timeline. The listing hints that the phone could debut on May 20.
2K 144Hz OLED Display with Premium Design
The upcoming iQOO 15T may feature a large 6.82-inch flat OLED display with 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The panel also includes a centered punch-hole design.
In terms of build, the device could feature a metal frame alongside IP69-rated dust and water resistance. The phone reportedly measures 8.25mm in thickness and weighs around 216g.
Dimensity 9500 Performance with OriginOS 6
Under the hood, the device is expected to feature the Dimensity 9500 chipset paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The phone will likely run OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
The listing also reveals multiple storage configurations, including 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 256GB, and 16GB + 512GB variants.
200MP Camera Setup
For photography, iQOO may equip the phone with a 200MP Samsung HP5 primary camera featuring OIS support. The setup could also include a 50MP ultra-wide sensor, while the front may feature a 16MP selfie camera.
