After the launch in the home market, the iQOO 15 is heading to India to begin its global rollout soon. The flagship device already surfaced on Amazon India’s landing page.
iQOO teased this smartphone on Amazon with the tagline, “Be the GOAT.” They haven’t released any specifications yet. But we are expecting the same specs as the Chinese into the Indian one also.

Display
The iQOO 15 features a 6.85-inch Samsung M14 144Hz AMOLED LTPO display with 2K resolution. This display sports 2160Hz PWM and DC Dimming, Dolby Vision, HDR10+ support and will offer up to 2,600 nits peak brightness. It has an in built underscreen ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
Performance
The iQOO 15 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset + Q3 gaming chip, and paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM, and up to 1TB UFS 4.1 storage. It will run on Android 16-based OriginOS 6.
The iQOO 15 handles heat like a pro. It packs a large vapor chamber with 200 million nano-graphene particles for faster cooling. Dual graphite layers and an 8,000mm² VC heat sink further boost heat dissipation. As a result, it stays impressively cool. In iQOO’s tests, the phone reached only 39.3°C after an hour of playing Genshin Impact.
Camera
On the rear panel, it sports a triple camera setup featuring a 50MP Sony IMX921 main camera + a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto with 3x optical zoom + a 50MP ultrawide sensor. On the front, there is a 32MP selfie camera. It also features an RGB LED strip around the camera module.
Battery and Other Features
There will be a 7,000mAh single-cell silicon-carbon battery with 100W wired and 40W wireless charging support. It also supports smart bypass and reverse charging.
Among other features there are dual speakers, IP68+IP69 rating, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, and dual-band GPS.
