iPhone 18 design leaked in CAD renders and factory unit images, 5 colors revealed

Apple is planning to launch the iPhone 18 base model around March 2027 along with the iPhone 18e. We already got some leaks about this device. Now, alleged CAD-based renders and leaked factory unit images have surfaced online, pointing to a major design change.

We got some factory unit images of the iPhone 18 via X leakers. According to these leaks, Apple is going to introduce the iPhone 18 with a camera setup like the iPhone 17 Pro. A CAD-based case render also revealed the same design.

Factory unit images confirmed 5 colors so far

The cameras remain vertically aligned in the top-left corner, but they now sit on top of the camera deco. The LED flash sits in the top-right corner of the camera deco, which protrudes from the back. The factory unit images leaked in five colors: White, Pink, Dark Blue, Yellow, and Green.

The iPhone 18 may feature a 6.3-inch OLED display with a 120Hz ProMotion refresh rate and up to 3,000 nits of brightness. Under the hood, it may run on an A20 chip, reportedly based on a 2nm process, paired with 9GB of RAM and C2 modem.

On the rear panel, it will sport a dual-camera setup featuring a 48MP main camera along with a 48MP Ultrawide camera. For selfies and video calls, there will be an 18MP front camera. The iPhone 18 could pack a roughly 4,000mAh± battery along with MagSafe charging support.

Officially, the iPhone 18 entered the pre-production phase. We will get more updates ahead of the official launch.
