Infinix Zero 5G is the company’s first 5G smartphone. Infinix recently unveiled its latest flagship, and although it’s unlikely to cause its Galaxy S22 Ultra lose any sleep, it’s an important leap forward for the manufacturer. Like the name suggests, Zero 5G Zero 5G is the young company’s first smartphone to be able to support for networks that use NR.

The latest smartphone is powered by the Dimensity 900 chipset and its appearance is similar to that of that of the Oppo Find X3 Pro from the previous year. It has a large 6.78″ LCD with Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It comes with a touchscreen sampling rate, and a peak luminosity of 500nits. The high-end mid-range chipset comes equipped with 8GB of LPDDR5 memory and 128GB of fast UFS 3.1 storage.

It also has microSD slots to allow further expansion. Its design is dubbed Uni-Curve. It’s akin to that of the Find X3 Pro bump where the camera island is elevated beneath the same piece of plastic that covers the other back panel. Zero 5G Zero 5G has a triple camera with an incredibly large 48MP main camera. It also has 2MP and 13MP 2x Telephoto sensors for depth.

The selfie camera has 16MP sensors. The Zero 5G is equipped with an 5,000 mAh battery which can charge at 33W. It comes with a heat pipe to keep the temperature within a certain range. Operating system: XOS 10, based on Android 11. Infinix will launch Zero 5G Zero 5G in three colors in three shades – Cosmic Black, Horizon Blue and Skylight Orange. Infinix said prices will be announced in the near future in each market.
