Infinix Smart 8 Plus launched following the pro version earlier today
In India, Infinix has introduced the Infinix Smart 8 and Smart 8 HD smartphones. Although the Smart 8 Pro was recently featured on the global website with no details on price or availability, Infinix has now unveiled another addition to the Smart 8 series – the Smart 8 Plus. Let’s explore what the Plus variant brings to the table.
Infinix Smart 8 Plus Specifications
The Infinix Smart 8 Plus features a 6.6-inch IPS LCD panel, with a resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels, a 20:9 aspect ratio, a 90Hz refresh rate, and up to 500 nits of brightness with a Dynamic Island-like Magic Ring, and a punch hole for the selfie camera. It measures 163.65 x 75.7 x 8.95mm in dimension and weighs 204 grams.
The Smart 8 is powered by a Helio G36 processor and paired with 4GB LPDDR4x RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage with an extra memory card slot. It runs on Android 13 Go-based XOS 13 out of the box.
It features dual cameras on the back – a 50MP main sensor, an AI lens, and an LED flash. On the front, there is an 8MP selfie camera.
A 6,000mAh battery with 18W Type-C charging support boasts it. On the other features, there are dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
This device will come in four colors- Timber Black, Galaxy White, and Shiny Gold. We have to wait more to know the exact pricing.
