The smartphone will be available in three color options in the market. According to sources, we heard that the sales starting on March 18th in China.  It sports the Kirin 990E chipset, which is combined with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB of storage. The Mate 40E 5G smartphone has a 6.5-inch FHD+ curved OLED panel.

The main thing is that offers a 90Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate, which is really exciting. The display has a punch-hole cutout in the top left corner that houses a 13-inch selfie camera. As per a report, we noticed that it has an in-display fingerprint scanner. It is a good thing for Huawei. 

It has a primary 64-megapixel sensor, an 8-megapixel telephoto unit with 3x optical zoom, and a 16-megapixel ultra-wide unit. This device is able to capture macro shots using the ultra-wide sensor. It runs Android 10 based EMUI 11 out of the box. The Mate 40E 5G powered by a 4,200mAh battery that supports 40W wired and wireless fast charging.
