Honor Play 11 launches with a 8,300mAh battery, and Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 chip
Honor has launched the Honor Play 11 as its latest addition to the Play 11 series in China. The Play 11 arrives with a large 8,300mAh battery, Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 chip, and strong durability features.
Honor Play 11 Specifications and Features
The Honor Play 11 features a 6.872-inch TFT 120Hz LCD with a 1592 x 720-pixel resolution, up to 1,020 nits in HBM mode, DC dimming, an eye comfort mode, and a natural light-like display mode. It measures 168.3 x 78.54 x 8.30mm and weighs 216.5 g. For security, it has a side-facing fingerprint sensor.
For endurance and durability, this device comes with IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for water and dust resistance. It has also received SGS Gold Label five-star certification for drop resistance and compression resistance, which makes it able to resist against up to 2.5 metres high fall.
Under the hood, the Honor Play 11 is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 chip, with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It runs Android 16-based MagicOS 10.0 and includes interactive AI features.
On the rear panel, it has a 50MP main camera with an f/1.8 aperture. It has a 5MP selfie camera on the front with an f/2.2 aperture. The phone also features stereo speakers with a 400% high-volume boost.
The Honor Play 11 features an 8,300mAh battery (7,900mAh rated) with 45W wired charging and wired reverse charging support. Honor promises up to six years of battery health.
For network and connectivity options, it includes a USB Type-C port, 5G, dual nano-SIM support, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 4.2, and NFC. The phone also comes with a dedicated AI button on the side.
Honor Play 11 price and availability
The Honor Play 11 comes in four colors: Desert Gold, Mist Purple, Meteor Silver, and Phantom Black. It is available in three storage options: 6GB/128GB, 8GB/128GB, and 8GB/256GB.
Honor Play 11 starts at 1,399 Yuan (~$195) for the base 6GB/128GB version. The 8GB/128GB model and 8GB/256GB model are available at 1,599 Yuan (~$225) and 1,899 Yuan (~$2655) respectively. Currently, this device is only available in China; global arrival is expected later.
